Large private room with bathroom but no kitchen has it's own very small yard, but there's also a shared large yard on the property to enjoy. Pictures are of another room and bathroom. The one for rent is nicer with a bathtub. Want $600 deposit that will cover last rent if not paid and/or cleanup -If you're not happy, I'll prorate the rent to a fair amount for both of us. Hope to hear from you and possibly hook you up with the manager to get you moved in. Some people like the place and will never move, and for others maybe not their type of scene.
