Hello! We are two women looking for a third housemate to fill our 3 bedroom home in old North Boulder. Our home is in an amazing location! We love living here and are excited to share the house with a new roommate. :-) Sublease start: End of March, through July 31. Rent: $920 Utilities: Range from $95-$135/month, depending on the season What we love about the house: -Big kitchen -Hardwood floors -Covered back patio -Big backyard -5 minute bike ride to Pearl Street -10 minute walk to Rayback -Tons of storage (garage, attic, closets) -Dishwasher -Washer & Dryer -Free parking -Garbage disposal What we're looking for in a housemate: -Values a clean home and takes initiative to clean up after themselves -Responsible - pays rent on time -Conscientious of time, space, noise level -Kind, community-minded -Regarding pets: no dogs (friends’ dogs are welcome to visit), will consider a cat on a case-by-case basis About us: We're in our mid 30s and have lived in Boulder for 6 and 8 years respectively (time flies)! One of us works in engineering and the other in the public sector. We love trail running, mountain biking, skiing, salsa dancing, camping, yoga, reading, hosting the occasional craft night! We care about being involved and engaged in our Boulder community and enjoy the occasional lively discussion about politics and society around the kitchen table. We like cooking and sharing meals with friends and value a clean, calm home life where we all feel comfortable. We have a diverse group of friends and welcome folks from all walks of life.
