This updated first floor studio is available for an April move-in. This is a YEAR ROUND rental - so no move-out or price hike when next summer gets here. Formerly the Kebek 2 motel, this property consists of two buildings that sit right on the sands of Old Orchard Beach. We have a beautiful stone patio that is private for tenant use only that includes plenty of table/chairs, a double grill, and a foot washing station. Enjoy the peace of OOB in the winter, then being by the beach next summer! What's included? - Heat/AC from a heat pump - Electricity, cold/hot water, sewer - WiFi Parking? - Each unit comes with one assigned spot in our lot. We do not have any extra spaces, but there are parking options one block back Laundry? - We have an on-site laundry room with commercial washer/dryers. They take quarters OR you can use the convenient app! Pets? - This unit can welcome one cat. Sorry, no dogs. What am I responsible for? - The only additional costs for the tenant are: cable, private internet, and renters insurance which are all optional. How to apply? Requirements? - All those over 18 must complete an application on our website. We consider credit/credit history, income, and previous rental history. A security deposit is required to hold the unit and tenants are required to sign a 12-month lease. This unit is NOT available for a summer or short term rental.
