All utilities, high speed Internet and full use of kitchen included. I occupy the master bedroom, smaller second bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom is available. I have one cat. Very secure, off street parking lot, extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. First months rent and $800 security deposit required. My spouse passed away four months ago and I can't afford everything here myself. We mainly used the second bedroom for storage. Non-smoker, non-drinker preferred.
