Huge (18' x 19’') vaulted-ceiling room available for short-term rental in a SHARED home with one other person (female) and 4 cats (3 kittens). Fully furnished bedroom has: Queen size bed Large sofa and upholstered chair Brand new 50" tv 2 Skylights with shades 66" ceiling fan (in addition to A/C and heat) Bedside tables/lamps, chest of drawers Shared fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom; the backyard has lounge chairs, a dining table and chairs, as well as a Solo stove to enjoy in the evenings on cooler nights. This is a large 3-BR, 2-BA home and you will have the largest bedroom in the house (no shared walls) Monthly rental is $1450, with an additional $150/month for utilities/gardener/housecleaner. Wi-Fi and many streaming options are included in the rent (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, YouTubeTV) PLEASE NOTE: You will have the house to yourself for the last two weeks of March, but I have 4 cats (3 kittens) who will need caring for - the rental price has been lowered to reflect this, and the $150 utility fee will be waived for March (only). ************************ Sunland is in the San Fernando Valley, 15 miles north-east of Burbank, 12 miles north-west of Pasadena, with beautiful vistas of the mountains, clean air, easy street parking and quiet neighbors. Peacocks live up the block and they stroll past the house in the mornings . Perfect for a short-term situation (2-month minimum, 6-month maximum w/the possibility of extending) if you are visiting, or need a place while looking for more permanent housing. I work from home some days (hybrid job), so would prefer someone who works outside the home. There are indoor cats living here, so if you have allergies or dislike cats, this wouldn't be a good fit.
