The room for rent is unfurnished and will work with a queen size bed. I do have a Spare hybrid queen of mattress that can be used. There is a full wall closet and ceiling fan in the room. Parking is available in the driveway and also behind the RV gates if needed. The backyard is very spacious with grass. I have high-speed Internet with Sling TV Amazon prime and Netflix which can be use. I also have a fitness bench, dumbbells, medicine ball and bands for use. There are several restaurants that are just steps away like Lovecraft and chompies. Many places are walkable and bike able like Whole Foods, Sprouts and all of the new restaurants /amenities at PV mall. Lifetime Fitness will also be opening this year.Everything in the world that you could ever want is just 2 to 5 minutes down the street. Looking for someone that would be a good fit, ideally 25-35. I am a very active person and live a healthy lifestyle. I spend a lot of time going to the lakes and beaches boating during the summer. I would definitely say I’m outgoing but I also like my downtime. I enjoy playing music from time to time and occasionally having friends over for BBQs. I work in the technology field and my hours are 630 to 330. If you are familiar with this location you will know that everything is just five minutes away from shopping, fitness and entertainment.
