Only a couple of nights a week, do I take solo time at my house among my library of books, music, and art to rejuvenate; leaving the house, pretty exclusively to my roommate. My fiancé, Paul and I cook and grill together at his place leaving the kitchen at my home (mostly)open for you. On occasion, family visits from California 2-3 times a year and we would all be cooking together then. I am seeking a mature, working professional, preferably over 40 or a retiree with a stable income. As I am; I would like you to be kind, respectful, very clean, understanding, and able to openly communicate about household matters that we may need to discuss to make an optimum roommate situation together. Offering: A private quiet bedroom measures about 180 ft.²(13x14) with large built in closet, drawers, and hanging space, a medium sized east facing window, freshly painted and cleaned for move in. Just across the hall is your full private bathroom with built-in storage, a full shower and tub combo. Exclusive use of the covered carport since we use Paul’s next-door, and I no longer have a car. The house has a lovely backyard and patio with some old growth, trees, and shade. it is located in a gated community, which is extremely well kept. There is a guard at the front gate making it a very safe environment. A modern community center is just a three minute walk from the house which includes year-round access to a heated, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, game rooms, shuffleboard courts, and so much more. There is a wonderful community of people who are extremely friendly, social, and hold monthly even weekly community events which you are welcome to join. Rent is $850 a month and half of the monthly SRP bill. (I would take a $50 reduction in monthly rent in trade for common area cleaning.
