You will have private use of the main floor bathroom and open space living room/dining room and gourmet kitchen with a large island. Kitchen faces the ocean view equipped with modern appliances (new stainless gas oven/stove, stainless full dishwasher, double farm sink, and large stainless fridge) and lots of counter space. Upstairs there is a luxury sized specious bedroom with vaulted ceilings with plenty of room for yoga and a desk beside the Queen bed with the view facing the meadow. Home is furnished with a L shaped bamboo sofa, sectional dining table, and the bedroom has a sleigh wooden Queen bed with comfortable mattress with an armour and super large closet space. Pls Note: This is a 3 Bedroom Home but we will lock 2 of the bedrooms so 1 large bedroom is available for you, and the maximum rental term is the fall of 2026 because we will need the home back for ourselves. Note: this is a non-smoking and non-vaping property and no pets are permitted on the property because we have a bird sanctuary.
