Lovely furnished room available month to month, with a double bed with pillow top mattress, dresser, chest of drawers, desk, table with TV, (added newest pictures) high speed internet, maid service twice a month. All utilities included in rent (which run about $300/mo ea. person). Rent is $1400.00 a month and there is a security deposit of $1000.00 due before moving in. Discount given if you use your own bedding. The home is about a block and 1/2 from the bike trail along the ocean and a few minutes walk to town, Aquarium and Lover’s Point Beach. Parking is available on the street. The yard has a lovely patio with Adirondack chairs to lounge in the sun. This is an owner occupied home (2 adults). Tenants have use of kitchen, laundry (stack Washer/Dryer) and bathroom, back yard, patio and small deck. There is a side entrance that can be used by the tenant. The room is for one person only, no overnight guests. Looking for one responsible adult who either works full time or attends regular schooling. Students and/or 40+ welcome. Present roommates: Two adults, 1 Female and 1 Male. I own the home. Over the years I've had several different roommates from MIIS, Naval Postgraduate School, DLI, UCMB and others not in school.
