We are looking for 1 FEMALE roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment in Madison. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, off-street parking. Within walking distance to downtown and the train station. The lease is for one year and starts May 1, 2026. Rent is $650 per month and Security deposit is 1.5 months of your share of the rent. You will have your own room and will share a bathroom with 1 of us. Utilities are separate and will be split 3 ways. Household chores and some cleaning supplies will also be shared. We are 2 female working professionals looking for a female roommate who is quiet, clean, considerate and easy going. **Must be willing to stay for more than one year.
