I'm a retired Army Ranger, ultra endurance athlete, been in tech forever, moving from the East. Historically, I've spent several months at a clip in Bend training so I know the area quite well. I still have enormous overhead to maintain a co op + alimony so it would be great to find something below $850 with utilities, on a bus route. I'm not going to buy a car until I'm clear that I'll stay. Don't even think about a scam; I know CL is 99% BS.
