We’re looking for a clean, respectful roommate for a minimum 30-day stay to enjoy our private 3rd-floor suite — complete with your own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, huge balcony, and rooftop deck! Need to be ok going up and down a decent amount of stairs 👋 Who You’ll Be Living With Each private suite is in it’s own floor!     •    1st floor: A couple in their 30s, one works hybrid (in office 2x/week) and one works full time at the hospital.     •    2nd floor: Male in 30s, who works in finance. He’s hybrid (in office 3x/week).        •    3rd floor: YOU! :) We have a friendly indoor cat that roams around but she normally just keeps to herself on the bottom floor. If you are severely allergic to cats, this place is likely not for you We’re friendly, busy professionals who keep the house calm and clean. We occasionally surf together but most of the time keep to ourselves and respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re in Huntington Beach, just a few blocks behind Pacific City and the beach — you can walk or bike everywhere! The area is quiet, safe, and close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and coastal trails.
