Hello, I am trying to fill a bedroom in my 3 bed 1.5 bath duplex in midtown. The room for rent has a private half bath (toilet and sink) Shower is shared. We are in Newton Booth just North of the 50. The unit is on the second floor and includes a large dining space, living room, kitchen, shower/tub combo, garage for storage, washer and dryer in unit, and a shard backyard with the downstairs unit. The carpet was recently replaced. The unit has central air and heat. The room can be partially furnished if needed. There is ample street parking. The unit is occupied by myself and partner and our Labrador. We are open to another animal (cat or dog) as long as it is approved by the landlord and gets along with ours. We are only looking for a single occupant. The rent is $700 and utilities are split 3 ways. The room is available. My partner works full time remotely and I work full time in a hospital and we are both in our 30's. We are centrally located in midtown and close to the 50 and 80 for easy commuting. Near UC Davis, Sutter and Mercy General hospitals. We are also near a bus stop and the light rail! In our free time we tend to chill at home but love exploring new restaurants in our area and take our dogs out on the town. We drink casually but no smoking or vaping per the Landlord.
