The kitchen is equipped for cooking (dishes, pots, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, etc.). A gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting is also available near the pool. A separate indoor laundry room includes washer, dryer, iron, ironing table, etc. The house is equipped with wireless internet. The room is available. The rent is $700 a month plus utilities (split between tenants). The other tenants are young professionals and ASU graduate students. The atmosphere is friendly yet calm and respectful of privacy.
