I'm renting out a spare bedroom in my home over in Bellevue (Highway 75 and Fairview Rd). I'm asking $675 per month which includes all utilities (electricity, natural gas, and water). The room will be available on April 1st, 2026 as the current tenet is moving over to Norwalk, Iowa. He is currently only living here on the weekends and working at his new position during the week. The bedroom is approximately 10' x 10' and the bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The bathroom is a private bath as I will only be renting out (1) of the spare bedrooms right now. The other bedroom is currently setup as an office. I have a (full) size bed in the room vs a (twin) bed. Basically I everything in the kitchen that you would need to prepare meals. Washer & Dryer are in working condition. I have parking on either the rock pad (next to Tregaron Golf Course) or left hand side of the driveway.
