Come live on a beautiful farm in the heart of Prince George County with a lake, woods and nature trails. Room is provided in exchange for daily cleaning and cooking duties within the home. No smokers. Alcohol free house. No guests allowed, you must visit with friends and boyfriends or girlfriends at their house or at a different location. No loud music or loud noise, but you will have access to the downstairs living room, couch and TV as your own as I have my own entertainment room upstairs and don't use that area. I have a peaceful life out here and I'm not looking to add complications to it. I am looking to add a helping hand around the house so that I can focus on my work and spending time with my son. If you have a horse or horses, you are welcome to bring them. Stall lease is $550 per stall per month unless you're only looking to board 1 horse in which case I would exchange stall lease in exchange for you caring for my 2 horses. The property feels like you're living on a nature resort daily and it's extremely peaceful. Will be adding a pool out background at some point, either this year or the next.
