Nearly 3 acres of wooded privacy with off street parking The home is well insulated between levels; however, this is a shared structure and best suited for tenants comfortable in an owner-occupied property with normal day-to-day household sounds. Located in the mountains. Roads can be icy in the winter. AWD/4WD and/or snow tires strongly recommended. Tenant should be comfortable with winter driving conditions. We do have furniture that we could discuss for using for a few or purchasing if that is needed. 30 day minimum lease. Must give at least 30 day notice prior to move out.
