Deposit: 700 dollars (option to pay in 2 installments of 360 over 2 months after moving in) Lease term: Minimum 3 months, month to month after that, its a rental, stay as long as you want but on a month to month basis! Rent payment options: Zelle/Venmo, option to pay weekly if you are ok with 1000 deposit (payable in 2 parts over 2 months) Fast move-in: You get to move in within 24 hours (if you meet all criteria and funds requirement) Showings: 2 hours notice needed (weekends work best or after 6pm on weekdays) Utilities: Flat fee of 100 dollars/month (includes electricity, water, gas, heating/cooling, high speed 100Mbps internet) 5 bedroom/2.5 bath house. Two rooms available, one furnished and one unfurnished. All rooms can accommodate bed and also a desk and a chair. 2 drive way parking spots also available (for additional 25/month), 2 garage spots available for 50/month or you can choose to park on the street for no charge. King Soopers, UChealth, Chase/First Bank, subway and bunch of restaurants (Mexican, Indian), Circle K etc are close by. 1) No smoking inside house, outside smoking ok.
