I have a room for rent. I would like someone who will clean up after themselves and be a team player. Someone reliable. Single occupancy only and entertaining of guests ends at 10 pm. Sorry I work early. No pets. Looking for someone quiet and easy going. This place is not Anaheim Hills, but it is not all that bad for the right person. Parking sucks. If you are not back by around 3:30 pm you will have to park further away. Note... I wouldn't put it in the add if I didn't think it was a problem. This place is an older 2 bedroom apartment in a lower income neighborhood. Again not all that bad for the right fit. Please tell me a little about yourself.
