This room is available for a single person ; A female who will be part of the shared household is preferred. The home is in a beautiful guarded waterfront community in North Miami. A pool and dock are present. Food is not provided but refrigeration and kitchen use are provided. Only 12 hours of housework are required per week. The home and property are smoke, drug and alcohol free. Some English is required. A six month commitment is desirable. The type of work requested is variable. No new pets are allowed but a family pet may be present. There is a 5ft x 7ft walk in closet and the bath is adjacent to the bedroom and is not usually used by others.
