Three professionals (1 male, 2 females, ages 28–47) are looking for a responsible and respectful roommate within a similar age range to share a 4-bedroom home in Wall. The house is conveniently located near Route 18, the Garden State Parkway, and the beach. Rent is $1,000 per month plus one-quarter of utilities. The home features: • 2 shared bathrooms • Washer and dryer • In-ground pool • Fully furnished common areas (bedroom is unfurnished) This is not a party house. Guests are welcome within mutually agreed-upon roommate guidelines (this has never really been an issue). We have rented this home for 14 years, with some natural roommate rotation over time — it’s truly a wonderful and stable living situation. Available February 1. This is a year-round lease that renews in September. There are currently two dogs (a Lab and a Retriever). We would prefer no additional pets but are open to discussing.
