Looking for one roommate in a 2-bedroom apartment in a ground-floor newly renovated apartment in downtown Northampton. The sublet would be for April and May, with possibility to join a new lease from June onwards. There is one parking spot for the apartment (I have a car - if you do too, we can share the parking spot and street parking). Rent is $1750 total ($875 each) and utilities are typically ~$100/month. I'm a (28m) grad student at UMass (my roommate is moving out because he's graduating and got a job!). I like to cook, host friends, organize, do research and keep my home relatively tidy.
