Room Available June 1 – Quiet, Comfortable Home with Private Bathroom I’m a 56-year-old male with a small business and a 10-year-old rat terrier. I’ve lived in this apartment for 15 years and really enjoy the quality of life here. It’s a peaceful home in a great neighborhood, and I take pride in keeping things clean, respectful, and drama-free. Available June 1: • Two 9'×9' rooms – one for living/sleeping and one for storage, office, or hobby space • Your own private bathroom • In-unit washer and dryer • Large, clean kitchen with an additional standalone freezer • Large shared living room (currently unfurnished) • Plenty of storage space Location: The bus stop is literally right outside the door. The 132 stops at the corner, making it very convenient for getting around. Lifestyle: I’m pretty low-key. I don’t drink alcohol and I’m usually in bed by 10–11pm. I’m 420-friendly but no tobacco. Another small, quiet dog might be okay as long as it doesn’t bark a lot. Rent: $1000/month $15 for Wi-Fi Utilities split every other month (electricity is inexpensive if used reasonably) About you: I’m looking for someone trustworthy, clean, respectful, and conscientious — someone who pays rent on time and cleans up after themselves. I value a calm, civilized home and can’t stand chaos. My current roommate of 2½ years is moving out June 1. I’ll have more photos available once the room is empty.
