Comfortable bedroom with full side comfy bed. All utilities included, high speed internet WiFi, landline, electric, water, trash. Fireplace stove, heating, swamp cooler, AC, ceiling fans. Pets ok, but we need to meet first. If you want to rent part-time and return I will hold for you and not rent to others.
