We have rooms open in our rooming house in Lynn. This rooming house is newly renovated, with a large shared kitchens and multiple new bathrooms. The place is clean, pest free, and drama free. We have an extensive security camera system in place that keep tenants safe. We are looking for tenants that will help us keep it that way, and be respectful of the other tenants in the building. A lot of our tenants commute into Boston for work and enjoy the location as we are close to major bus routes, market basket, and the beach. ***We offer month to month tenancies and we require first, last and security deposit due on move in. Must be able to pass a background check and verify employment.*** The rent includes all utilities, but you are responsible for your own cable and internet package.
