I have a room and semi private bath available in my home; I am currently a homeschooling mom for my 3 elementary/middle school girls and I am looking for a college student to take the space in exchange for: -primarily serving as an academic and college life mentor to my kids -Assisting with "child care": watching the kids occasionally; timing would be dependent on your, my and the girls schedules and would not interfere with your school or job activities. Requirements College student: Full time student OR part time student with part/full time job Must have at least a 3.2 GPA No smoking, drinking, parties, indecent clothing No cursing, swearing, indecent movies in shared spaces Able to model clear and thoughtful communication Able to keep your personal area clean and organized without needing coaching to do so Aware of how to respectfully share common spaces; not leaving dirty dishes, smudges, etc in common spaces and cleaning up after yourself Able to cook your meals, do laundry and exemplify good adulting skills appropriate for the college aged student You pay a nominal fee monthly that covers utilities (electricity/water) and wear and tear $150 Preferences speaks a second language STEAM major
