This house can be seen most any time, just suggest a time and I will confirm. Can consider 9/12/18 month lease scenarios. $1,100 per month. This is one of the few original lake houses from the 60's still remaining in this division, Bentwood Acres. The houses used to be mostly for weekenders from the city and they would sit empty most of the year. Eventually, more and more folks started living up up here as retirees or with jobs, so most of the houses now have full time occupants, and the area is becoming more like a suburb. The biggest problem with the area is it is still too far from better jobs, I would not want to commute past Sherman living up here. The house may be ideal for a work from home specialist, we have very good internet service. We have all the normal retail options about 20 minutes away, with a good grocery center even closer. The house has had a lot of upgrades and artistic changes to it over the years, and while it is rather small, it is quite appealing for some profiles, folks with unusual tastes. It probably is not a good choice for folks who prefer normal color schemes. The house has a locking 1 car garage. It is rather secluded due to the bushes and trees blocking the view of the road. The area is quite safe, with minimal traffic. The road just serves the neighborhood, it does not lead anywhere else, so there is not much random traffic. The house has a very nice kitchen for its size, with an excellent refrigerator and gas stove/oven. The bathroom is cute, warm, but not large. The bedroom is fairly large, it can double as a workstation. We have 1 GBPS internet service in the house, and you have no problem catching a strong wifi signal throughout. The main room does have room for a dinner table. The house can come mostly furnished. It has a washer and dryer in the garage. 2 persons is the occupancy limit for this house. 1 pet will be the maximum number of animals allowed. This house has its own unique style and colors. Many people will find the color scheme too unrestrained. If the excessive use of color with this house does not appeal to you, then I politely suggest you do not pursue it. Lease will clearly state that occupant will not be allowed to make mechanical or artistic changes to the house without written approval. Glue strips (not nails or screws) can be used for pictures and wall hangings. Paint will not be altered. Modifications will not be allowed. If there are changes to be made on this house, we will make them or approve them. Changes will not be made without supervision and approval. House will be ready for a new occupant on the 1st of April, but can be seen and contracted for now.
