Room also has large teak wood media storage console stand along with 55 inch LCD TV with Amazon fire stick connections. (All furniture can be removed by request if the customer wants room unfurnished). Room has tall window with front yard view Room is clean from top to bottom Pest and rodent free (No bugs/roaches and No rats) Clean and sanitized shared bathroom right down the hallway. Bathroom has bathtub and shower combo with nice pressure and heating water. Ventilated exhaust ceiling fan in restroom. Whole house usage included with your room (kitchen, Living room, front and back yard with safety fencing, garage w/ washer and dryer combo). Driveway and hassle free street parking available for your convenience. Must be clean and respectful towards the home. Please don’t bring pest/bugs issues into the home. Extra charge for extermination issues. Ideal for one person, but couples are welcome. ($100 fee added monthly for couples) Landlord/home owner stays on the property inside main room at the end of hall way.
