Hello!  I am a young professional (29) in Marketing / Advertising offering a short-term Sublease as soon as April 1st, with the option to extend to July (minimum one month stay). I am flexible about move-in date (ex: can move in earlier than Apr 1st). This is a fully furnished, 750sq ft, one bedroom apartment with a very large bathroom, in-unit W/D, spacious kitchen + balcony located in the heart of LA neighborhood Mid-Wilshire / Miracle Mile. Location is very central, 5 minutes to Beverly Hills, 10 minutes to West Hollywood, 10 minutes to K-town, 15 minutes to Culver City and 20 minutes to DTLA. Near the 10, 101, and 405 freeways. The neighborhood is safe and situated near many grocery stores (including Ralph’s & Trader Joe’s). There are several restaurants and city attractions within walking distance. Building amenities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, 2 courtyards, lava lounge + business center, and an Amazon room for packages. There are also parking options available.  My preference is singles.
