Available early April 2026: This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo at West Maui Trades, located right in front of Honokowai Beach Park. There is 1 assigned parking space and guest/street parking (or other assigned spots available to rent). We prefer tenants with pets, since we know so many landlords refuse dogs and it has become a major problem on Maui. Landlords please stop refusing dogs! Rent is $2,800/mo and includes water, sewer, garbage, GE tax, etc. Security deposit is $2,800, so $5,600 total to move in. Tenant pays for their electric.
