Hi,I'm Clint. I'm a chef. I actually cook for the waffle house on Henslee in Dickson(3rd shift) and I'll be renting an apt close to work within the next 30 days and am hoping to find a decent roommate to share the place with. We can get in much sooner if I find someone who can split the price of move in. I am a seriously hard worker and never miss work and work overtime when I can. I'm 47,white,clean and cool as hell. Really I'd rather room with a female since most of them seem more responsible,but willing to room with a decent guy if you're straight and have no drug issues and you're working. Please feel free to come see me at the waffle house on henslee from 9p.m. till 7 a.m. or text/call me. I don't consider marijuana or occasionally drinking "an issue",but I do think any smoking(besides a vape) should be done outside to keep the place smelling nice. Hope to hear from you. Move in might cost us $500 or 600 a piece. I'll have my share anytime after Wednesday
