Greetings: This special space is available again on about MAY, 15, 2026, I generally prefer stays between 4 mo. and less than a year. I enjoy the diversity of the people from around the world. ALL UTILITIES included. This 1800' sq. ft., three floor town-home is within minutes to bus routes and hiking trails. A peaceful location. Back deck grill, kayaks and paddleboard and other sporting gear available for your enjoyment. Within your temporary home, the main floor common area is inviting and light filled. Creative décor with seating for several welcomed friends. Renovated kitchen is ready for you to cook-up-a-storm :) I've always wondered what a storm tastes like (giggle!). Couples, children or regular overnight guests may need to pay extra....... I enjoy sharing an occasional hike, kayak or meal with my guests. However this place allows for total privacy. I am an adaptable, adventurous, and mature woman who has enjoyed sharing both her farmhouse in Stowe, Vermont and this place in Boulder for over twenty years. This is a welcoming, easy place to land :). Your private, clean, FURNISHED space is a garden level floor with a 15' x 13' bright bedroom: double window view of nature and mountains. Your space is tastefully furnished, beautifully lit and decorated. BEST OF ALL.... your private bathroom has a SPACIOUS WALK IN STEAM SHOWER. Add some essential oils to the steam and the bathroom will seem like your private spa. No cigarette smokers. No pets please. I already have two indoor/outdoor felines. Work from home renters are welcome. I look forward to welcoming you for your stay here along your journey. Just a quick, positive note to everyone going through any moving process. Try not to fret. Accept that transitions of all sizes and shapes can be stressful. Find the fun and adventure in every step you choose to take.
