$700 Includes the Following: Bedroom with lots of light and closet with shelving The room is on the opposite side of the house from my bedroom All utilities and wireless internet (equivalent to $300) Large bathroom with ample cupboard space, with tub/ shower which is close to the room Privileges for: kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need - except your food), dining room and laundry (I provide the detergents, etc.) Most housekeeping and all yard work High quality queen-size bed (you just need your own pillows) Best Suited for Temporary Resident of Three to Six Months Duration. The house is in a safe, secluded, quiet, friendly, heavily-treed neighborhood, nice two-story home. It's off Old Baltimore Pike and Elkton Road a few blocks from Chik-Fil-A. Lots of parks, hiking, walking, as well as stores/ shops and restaurants are nearby. Also close to University of Delaware, Christiana Hospital and Christiana Mall. Quick access to I-95. Please no drugs, frequent drinking/ party-ing, smoking, or pets. Me - business man; quiet To move in - $700 first month's rent (or prorated amount if moving in after the 1st), $300 deposit, and your word you'll give me 15 days notice when it comes time to move out.
