Apartment-mate must be male and over 40 years-old (building requirement). You must be capable of independent living. Also, no pets in our apartment and no smoking in the building. This is a beautiful, spacious, third floor, furnished apartment in the Oaks Landing 55+ Apartments. You will enjoy the spacious primary bedroom / bathroom suite for $950/month, plus half of the modest utility and Internet costs in this 5-years-new building. I have a very quiet lifestyle, and you must also. You will have to pass background and credit checks with building management (no charge), plus provide a $150 security deposit to move in. You will need to bring or buy your own bedroom furniture. There is no freeway noise, and there is easy access to drive north, east, south or west.
