Exchange Place PATH (20 mins), 20 mins. by car to Newark Airport, four blocks to a lovely park on the Hackensack River, six blocks to South Cove, an inlet of the Hudson River. 2 blocks to grocery/deli 24/7. 1 blk more to C-Town grocery. Washing machine in building. Parking on the street. Short-term OK. ( This is not a BnB.) The bed is full size. Your roommate: a congenial retiree, writer, sketch artist and lover of classical music. Loves plants, meditation and painting in oil. Very respectful of your privacy. I do repairs around the house and can build shelves etc., to accommodate you.
