Newly built (2024) fully furnished one-bedroom house with a separate office available after April 19th. The 900 sq ft home is open and filled with natural light, with large windows, skylights, and a south-facing sliding door. The house has wood floors throughout, and the office includes a height-adjustable desk perfect for remote work. The bathroom features radiant floor heat, a walk-in shower (no bathtub), and a washer and dryer. The home is heated by a heat pump and is very energy efficient. Wifi is provided by Wave, and the house is on City of Port Townsend water. The property sits on an acre about three miles from downtown Port Townsend. There are young fruit trees, a few which are just beginning to produce, blueberry bushes, and raised bed space for a garden. The rental is available for up to three months starting after April 19th. This is my primary residence and I am looking for clean, quiet renters while I am away. Rent is $1,250 plus utilities (which are no more than $250/month and include water, electric, trash and internet) and security deposit (TBD).
