Room available April 1st at an Independent Living Home in Reno. We are looking for a tenant to rent a private room with a shared bathroom and shared living space. We have laundry on-site as well as parking on-site. Rent is $800 a month and you must be willing to do a background check. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is required before move in.
