Came up on some hard times and looking for someone to take over my lease, for a newly renovated studio apartment in Chicopee, MA. The current lease runs until July 26th 2026. You are allowed up to 2 cats, just need vet records. Again this is a lease takeover, so the new tenant would have to apply through the property management, they do require, a credit score of at least 650 and income 3x the rent, to be approved.
