I have a private furnished Master Bedroom available for rent as of 3/5. The room is very spacious and has a mini fridge in the room. Bed, TV, and chest of drawers for clothing are in the room. I even have a nice TV Set in there to further furnish the room with. Walk in closet and regular closet are in the room. I have sheets, pillows, and towels available. Private bathroom and shower/vanity area are also in the Master Bedroom. The condo has very fast wireless high speed WIFI Internet Giga Blast Super Fast. Streaming is all you really need and the Wi-Fi I have is ultra super fast. Furnished with a brand new Queen Sized Bed still in the plastic wrap. I own the condo and live here with my wife. We have two cats, so you must not be allergic to cats. They are senior cats, age 16 and very mellow. MBR has lock on it for your security. Rent is just $800/month (includes utilities) Modest $400 refundable deposit is required. There is no lease - just month-to-month. There is no first and last required either. Condo is 1181 square feet. The room is in a condo in a nice 10 story high rise building called the Wimbledon Tennis Club next to the Vegas Grand and newly built UNLV Rebel Place dorms. The condominium complex includes amenities such as vending machines, ice cold soda machines (energy drinks also available), a weight room equipped with a BowFlex and state of the art treadmills, weights, a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, a ping pong table in a secure building and night security patrol here. ATM machine available on site as well - just added! Tennis courts are also on the property as well as security cameras to secure your vehicle and the building. We also have full time security on site. The building is safe and secure as well, with an elegant lobby and is located right next door to the Las Vegas Grand. There is a laundry facility on each floor for your convenience and is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. This is available 24 hours a day. There's even a BBQ Pit area with a gazebo near the pool for outdoor grilling fun! There is also a basketball court within the Tennis Court. Great location! Walking distance to UNLV, Silver Sevens Casino, Tuscany, grocery stores, Speedie Mart, bus stops, mall, bars, 7-11. Less than a mile from the Las Vegas strip. There is also a bus stop 1/2 block away. Room is available to move into today if you wish to or on or before November 1st. Tenant must be responsible and have a job/gainfully employed. No pets, drugs, or kids please.
