Each room has a desk and bed lamp; 2 surge protectors. There are 2 full bathrooms for the 3 rooms. The shared kitchen has a large pantry. Full Laundry room with a 2nd refrigerator/freezer and some storage here too . Large outdoor Hot tub with patio chairs/table. Large smart tv in living room with Couch, Recliner and coffee table. Very clean and new property. There is taxidermy and wildlife art in the house so no anti-hunters or greenies. :) Preference is for males or open minded females: University students, new people to the area or Temporary workers under 45 years old. All utilities are included: gas, water, electric, garbage, high speed wi-fi. Large lawn and deck. BBQ grill on deck and propane fire-pit and table/chairs by hot tub. Private drive. No pets. No smoking. No drugs. No liberals..:) This is a month to month lease after 3 months.
