Room available in beautiful all women farmhouse! We are 2 women in our 20s and 30s looking for a 3rd to join the crew! We value keeping a very clean home, and being friendly, kind a respectful toward one another. We also do not use products with artificial fragrance in the house hold. The house is a historical homestead with a Big yard, big perennial blueberry bushes, space for your own garden, in a cute, very safe, quiet neighborhood with nature trails across the street! The room can be furnished or unfurnished. With very nice comfortable queen size bed, is on the second floor with a large closet, carpet and 6’2 ceiling. Walking distance to VT artisian coffee and the cider mill. As well as the reservoir state park. There is currently 1 very loving free range cat living in the house as well. We welcome pets as long as they are friendly and well behaved. Month to month lease. Rent is $750+ heat in the winter (roughly $80/mo.) and electric (varies). All other utilities included.
