Washer dryer in unit. All utilities, wifi, everything is included. There is one covered parking space "only" parking for 1 with this rental. Also I will need to do a job verification and a copy of your driver license. There will be a refundable deposit $300 and a cleaning fee of $150 $25 administration fee the condo charges.
