Apartment has 15 rooms: two living rooms, two bathrooms, shared kitchen, and 9 small rooms that are private bedrooms with locks, or for offices or personal spaces. Apartment is so big, in the past, there has been many as 4 guys. Currently there is only me, I've been here for over 10 years. Other guys have come and gone over the years (one got married, one bought a house, etc.), and I just haven’t posted to get more guys in. Everyone has a private bedroom with a lock. 4 guys ... 2 bathrooms, so two guys share one bathroom. Not bad. Two bedrooms rooms have new carpet, another one has a new tile floor. There is furniture if you want it, but if you don't need that's OK. Free washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Lots of free off-street parking. No smoking, no drugs, no pets ... references important. I’m being careful selecting new roommates. Sorry to be blunt. $550 a month for rent ... To move in, need first and last month's rent, plus $250 deposit.
