I have two rooms available for chill, relaxed roommates to move in asap with deposit and first month's rent. Id like to start moving you in this month, or just asap. Females would be preferred. This is a safe place and no violence or intimidation tolerated at any time. I, myself, am constantly out of the house being busy so everyone should have their own keys and schedules with as little disruption as possible. This house is a commitment to say the least, and is constantly going through changes/maintenance. We would need to keep up with maitenance and organization of the house on a daily basis and report anything that needs to be fixed. I will handle the rest. Pets are ok but to a minimum. Just looking for dependable people who need a good place to stay. Im not too nosy and I will not pry as long as rent is getting paid. I usually won't be on your case about anything.
