Seeking Housemate for 4 Bed/1.5 bath Apartment in Central Boulder 1 bedroom space available for move-in April 1st in four bedroom apartment run by Harburg Properties 1 full bathroom shared, private half bath attached to avail room Sign onto lease that goes through July 31, 2026. Rent-$625 Security deposit- $600 Utilities- Trash/water~$50/per person/month Internet- ~$25/per person/month Electric/Gas- ~$30/per person/month Split cost of household items that are shared (detailed within house agreement) Laundry on site (coin/app operated) Parking lot on site Shared bike rack in front Dishwasher/electric stove Designated storage spaces for each housemate in kitchen Kitchen has some shared utensils, dishes, pots, and pans Very minimal extra storage LGBTQ friendly a must No pets No couples Current Housemates 3 housemates of varying ages in 20s and 30s (service industry, visual artist/early childhood educator, and natural resources). Various interests include art, reading, film, music, plants, nature. We are all introverted at home and use the space to rest and relax. We value a clean space and use a chore chart to keep us all on track. We keep the kitchen sink clear of dishes and clean up after ourselves when we are done cooking. We are peaceful and quiet in the home. We tend to keep to the quiet hours of 10pm-10am as best we can for each other 🙂 ***While we are a quiet/ non party home, the tenants above and below us are not.
