I have 2 rooms for rent in a large house on 31st Street. Room #1 is small, app. 10x12 rent is $560. Room #2 is larger, app. 12x14 rent is $660. Both rooms are on the first floor and are furnished. All basic utilities are included as well as paper products and cleaning supplies. You would need to furnish your own internet , I use the hot spot on my phone and it works very well (Verizon). I am looking for quiet, mature individuals and do require proof of employment as well as a Government issued I.D. A background check will be done at my expense and a $200 refundable deposit is required. This is a very quiet environment so while visitors are welcome it's definitely not a party house. The current tenants are all over 45, males. Plenty of off street parking and additional storage is available. Full kitchen, DR and washer/dryer in common area. Smoking is outside only and absolutely no illegal substances are allowed anywhere on the property. Current users of illegal substances don't bother responding.
