Hi, I have a 4 bdrm house, that i rent out 3 of the rooms. I was having some financial difficulty, so I tried to get one more renter in here, to share my large bedroom. He stayed for about 3 months, but then moved out of state. I do have a private bathroom, so you'd share that with only me. As far as sleeping, I could put a twin size bed in the room, or if you're ok with it, you could share my queen size Tempurpedic bed, to allow more space in the room itself. You'd have full access to the remainder of the house, except the other bedrooms. To be totally honest and upfront, I am gay, I'm not necessarily looking for this to be a sexual thing at all, but could be. The last guy and I had some occasional fun, it was convenient.
