You share the house, garden, and front porch and get a bedroom & sitting area with a table to yourself. The house is shared 2 other people, a very sweet small dog and big orange kitty-cat,. I'm open to another small pet (a cat or a dog under 15 pounds) with an additional fee. • Always plenty of free street parking • Huge tropical garden with many places to hang out. • Shared cook's kitchen • Shared bathroom with shower and bathtub. • Entire house and enclosed front porch=1950 square feet • Your area=162 square feet • 1920’s barbeque • High ceilings An additional $175 per month to cover: • Utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity) • Wifi • Use of washer and dryer • Purchase of household goods such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc, etc. Total with rent: $1425 per month. Other things you should know: I sometimes have film or photoshoots here--on average 2 or 3 per month. Usually very small--under 8 people. The pictures tell the rest of the story.
