The room is a studio-size private room with a semi-private entrance, and next to a remodeled quarter bath. This makes it feel more like a studio than a room in a house. It is larger than two regular bedrooms put together with large windows for ample sunlight, carpet, and convenient shelving. It is unfurnished except for a full size leather couch. Some more furnishings could be provided for additional charge. Example photos of the room show it furnished and unfurnished.
