Hi there! I'm looking for someone at least mid twenties or higher to share a home of some sort starting in June or July when my current lease ends. Looking at St. Louis Park or surrounding area, including Plymouth, Minneapolis, GV, New Hope, that general area. My ideal roommate can afford something from $1000-1400 rent + half utilities. Can be any gender identity or LGBTQIA+, can have pets or no pets, stable and reliable income, clean in common areas and respectful of boundaries. Would love to have someone I can be friends with but I totally respect if you like your privacy. I have two cats but can re-home them to my friend if there is an allergy issue or you prefer no pets. I'm looking for a roomie for about 12 months and we can discuss further after that if we are both down for more :) I currently live at the Marquee luxury apartments and it's awesome living here. If you're interested in a lovely place with lovely neighbors and amenities we could get a 2BR 2 Bath here and I could pay more than half for the larger bedroom if it helps. I want a roomie so I can save money for a year and save for a future home in a few years. About me: I love anime, video games, movies/shows, hitting the gun range, working out, and generally work a lot and am home on the weekends. I do date and may have the occasional guest over but not people who stay more than one night occasionally. I'm Agnostic if that matters and 420 friendly.
